ARE YOUR SHOES REAL?

Hello, we sell shoes that are made in the same factory as real shoes in China. They look like original, they have the same material as original and you can wear them for long time without problems because the quality is soo good. The difference is that the shoes we sell never came out from that factories and that means that they are unauthorized authentic and they can’t be sold on market for the high prices. HOW IS THE SHIPPING PROCESS DONE? HOW LONG DOES MY PACKAGE TAKE?

  1. The orders are shipped within (2-5 business days) 
  2. You will receive tracking number in 2-5 business days.
  3.  Standart international shipping takes around 3-8 weeks.
  4. Express international shipping UPS / FedEX takes usually 1-4 weeks

I RECEIVED TRACKING NUMBER BUT WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

FREE SHIPPING: When you choose free shipping, It’s long term shipping that takes usually 3-8 weeks and you can’t see there when you will receive your order, you must track it online on 17track.net until it will reach your country. When it will reach your country it will be vary fast.

EXPRESS SHIPPING: When you choose express shipping and you will receive tracking number, you will see only “Shipping information received” It means that the package is on way to your country, the date of arrive will be updated only after reaching your country. This could take 5 days or 3 weeks so don’t panic if you see that for 3 weeks, update will be there for 100% because all our customers receive their shoes and we don’t scam anyone, you can trust us.

WHAT HAPPENDS IF I AM NOT THERE WHEN THE POST OFFICE DELIVERS THE PACKAGE?

They will leave a notice paper, the next day you can pick it up at the nearest post office. You can call the post customer service and ask them about the package. You will find the customer service info on their website.

WHY IS THERE NO CASH ON DELIVERY OPTION?

The order leaves directly from the factories to the indicated address, as it is an international postal shipment, it does not give us the possibility of cash on delivery as payment. Thank you for understanding.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT I CAN DO, CAN I GET A REFUND?

We guarantee a refund if you have not received the ordered item within 90 days. If 90 days have passed and you have not received the ordered item, you can request a full refund of it by sending an email from the contact section indicating the order reference. Once the refund is requested, our team will study your case and communicate a resolution within 72 hours. If your request is approved, a refund will be made for the amount of the item not received, if possible it will be made using the same payment method that you used when placing the order. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take 5 to 10 business days to become effective.
